Well my name is Lizzy and I'm quite a busy person. I work full time and on the side I make one of a kind handmade jewelry which has been my passion since I was little. Always collecting rocks and minerals and watching the bench jeweler in the back of a jewelry store working away. I knew I had found what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Something in that field whether it was geology, gemology, or making jewelry for the celebrities. Well, I haven't quite made it to celebrity status with my jewelry but that's something I'm working towards. My jewelry is a statement, with the rawness and elegance of nature, truly wearable art.
I have also begun on a journey of DIY projects and all kinds of artsy crafty things. From sewing to painting to poetry and clay I make it my goal to try at least everything once.
This is going to be a wonderful blog full of tutorials and funny stories, to pictures of my jewelry and of course segments on rocks and minerals. I can't leave my love for rocks and minerals out of this. =]
